The Encyclopaedia of Sikhism (1992-98) gives their date range and opening formula but not their present whereabouts. Mann (2008) says eighteen letters of Mata Sundari and Mata Sahib Devi are in print.

Their opening names the order as Mata Sahib Devan's to the Khalsa of the Timeless One. Mann says these letters sought help for the langar at Delhi and stressed that the Khalsa Panth belonged to God.
